Positioning Lab
Measurement infrastructure for AI search visibility. Probes 10 frontier LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, DeepSeek, Le Chat, Copilot, You.com) with reproducible prompt classes, captures every artifact, and scores brands across 25+ technical and entity signals. Built end-to-end as a one-person operation — site ingest, multi-model probing, scoring engine, dashboard, exports, and a tiered services offering wrapped around the platform.

Continuous independent client services and self-funded performance marketing, operating as a registered LLC. Three motions across the period:
Client services
50+ SMB and B2B clients across the span — dental practices, local services, and small operators. Local SEO, technical SEO, Google & Meta ads, lead flow infrastructure, email and SMS lifecycle, conversion tracking, attribution. Built capture and tracking systems from scratch in PHP / MySQL / Python on self-managed servers.
Self-funded performance marketing
Operated direct-response performance and affiliate campaigns across multiple verticals as a one-person operation, most active 2003–2011. Built attribution, A/B testing, and revenue tracking infrastructure end-to-end. Profitable, self-funded.
Recent experiments
AI voice and AI chat prototypes (2023–2025). Self-directed exploration of LLM-powered marketing workflows and agentic automation patterns that became the foundation of Positioning Lab.
Supported the University CTO during undergraduate years. Managed campus network access, IP allocation, server configuration, and reporting infrastructure. Led a small team of student analysts.
